Our Founder’s Vision: Why EveryAbility Exists EveryAbility Family Support Ltd was born from lived experience and a deep understanding of the daily challenges families face when caring for children and adults with autism, ADHD, and learning differences. Our founder, a parent and advocate within the neurodivergent community, saw firsthand how limited, inflexible respite options left families overwhelmed and isolated. After navigating long waiting lists and fragmented services, she envisioned a service that would be family-centered, flexible, and deeply compassionate, giving families breathing space while ensuring their loved ones thrive in safe, familiar environments. EveryAbility was created to fill this gap, providing affordable, local, and consistent respite care that allows parents and carers to rest, reset, and maintain their well-being, knowing their loved ones are supported with warmth and understanding.
“EveryAbility is about restoring balance and hope in families’ lives while respecting every individual’s dignity and unique needs.” – Founder, EveryAbility Family Support Ltd
